Rabbi Mendy Levertov is the Rabbi of Chabad of Downtown& Young Jewish Professionals of Austin. Rabbi Mendy is an Austin native – and has found his calling being a mentor and role model for all the young Jewish professionals in Austin. Mendy, along with his amazing wife and 7 children – live out their values on a daily basis. What started off as a conversation meant to explain Judaism as if I was a 3rd grader quickly delved into the topics of mysticism, the Universe, and how he knows G-d exists.
